1. Acceptance

By ordering a song via WhatsApp or the website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

ZapMúsica creates personalized songs with artificial intelligence from the theme you describe (by text or voice). A bot guides a briefing, an AI music engine generates the result, and it is delivered in the chat, usually within minutes, with two versions.

3. Eligibility and account

The service is for people aged 18 or over. Your account is identified by your WhatsApp number; keeping access to that number is your responsibility.

4. Prices and payment

The price depends on your country: Brazil, R$ 6.90 via PIX; euro area, € 6.99; other countries, US$ 6.90 by card. Credit packages may be offered on WhatsApp. Payment is processed by third parties (Pagar.me and Stripe) and the song is generated only after confirmation.

5. Generation and delivery

The song is generated on demand and delivered in the chat. Timing is an estimate and may vary with AI provider availability. If a technical failure prevents delivery, the Refund Policy applies.

6. AI-generated content and license

Lyrics and audio are produced automatically by an AI engine from your briefing. Results are probabilistic: two generations of the same theme may differ, and we do not guarantee a specific artistic result. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the delivered song in your project, including commercially, provided you do not resell the ZapMúsica service as your own. ZapMúsica does not claim ownership of the theme you provide.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the briefing content and represent that you have the right to use the names, stories and references you send, without infringing third-party rights, the law or these Terms. Do not send third parties' sensitive data without authorization.

8. Prohibited use and moderation

You may not use the service for illegal, hateful, defamatory or harassing content, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes copyright or image rights. We may refuse or stop a generation and block the account in case of abuse, without prejudice to legal action.

9. Warranties and limitations

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or for how you use the generated song. Nothing here removes consumer rights granted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The last-updated date appears above, and material changes will be communicated on the site or via WhatsApp.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where required by law, the consumer's domicile court is elected for disputes.
