This document explains how we process your personal data, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is the controller

ZapMúsica is operated by Alpha Developer Services LTDA, tax ID 67.106.947/0001-52, located at R. Igarapava 245, Quadra 32, Lote, Cidade Parquelandia, 08771-254 — Mogi das Cruzes, SP, Brazil. For privacy matters, contact our Data Protection Officer at contato@zapmusica.com.

2. Data we process

Identity and contact: phone number (WhatsApp), name you provide.
Payment: amount, status and transaction ID. Tax ID (CPF) is collected only when required by the PIX payment method. We do not store full card data — it is handled directly by payment providers.
Content: the theme and information you send in the briefing to generate the song, and the resulting songs.
Technical: IP address, access date/time and session data, for security and fraud prevention.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of a contract: create your account, generate and deliver the song, process payment.
Legal obligation: retain tax and transaction records.
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
Consent: notifications and optional audience measurement (Google Analytics). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share with

We share only what is necessary with processors that help us deliver the service: payment providers (Pagar.me/PIX and Stripe/card), cloud/hosting and file storage providers, AI and messaging (WhatsApp) providers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some processors may be located outside Brazil. In such cases we seek appropriate safeguards and transfer only what is necessary to provide the service.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data while your account exists and for applicable legal periods (e.g., tax and transaction records). After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use the browser's local storage for essential purposes: your dashboard session, chosen language and cookie preference. We do not use advertising cookies. Optional services (Google Fonts and Google Analytics) load only after your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in .

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, email contato@zapmusica.com. We will respond within legal deadlines.

9. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control and activity logging. No system is infallible; we will notify relevant incidents as required by law.

10. Minors

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not intentionally process children's data without guardian consent.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears above, and material changes will be communicated on the site or via WhatsApp.
